Jack Schrold concentrates his entire practice on expunction and seal petitions.  Please be extremely careful when hiring any person to do this important legal service.  There are many websites that claim to offer similar services at a low price.  However, only an attorney licensed in Florida can give you advice as to what your rights are under Florida law. Non-attorney form services cannot provide legal representation or give proper legal advice.
 
 
Mr. Schrold speaks directly to each client personally and is available at night and on weekends. 
Legal Fees		  
   
  • Initial attorney consultation and qualification review is always FREE.
  • Fee charged by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to conduct background check and issue Certificate of Eligibility is $75.
  • Attorney fee for preparation/completion of all forms and applications necessary to obtain Certificate of Eligibilty and documents for court petition is $325.*
  • Court mandated filing fee can range from $25-$85.
 
     

*An additional court appearance fee is generally not charged since most cases are handled without the need for a hearing.

Do not settle for representation by a non-attorney or someone that does not handle expunction/sealing matters as their PRIMARY practice.
